Photo by KhaoSod. Last night, a 37-year-old truck driver from Buri Ram province woke up to find that part of his coffee cargo had been stolen. The driver, Thien Saman, had parked his truck by Mitraphap Road in Pak Chong, Nakhon Ratchasima, due to exhaustion while delivering coffee from Saraburi province to Khon Kaen province. Upon waking up, Thien discovered that the tarp at the back of his truck had been slashed and around 120 boxes of coffee were missing. CCTV footage showed a pickup truck loading the stolen goods and fleeing the scene. This incident serves as a warning about the dangers of roadside overnight stops for drivers.
