The Thai delegation will instead be led by Sarun Charoensuwan, Permanent Secretary for Foreign Affairs. The ASEAN summit will feature various meetings among ASEAN leaders and their dialogue partners, and will include the opening of the ASEAN-Indo Pacific Forum. Twenty-one outcome documents will be released, focusing on topics such as human rights, early childhood education, and cooperation with dialogue partners.
