A Thai man was seriously injured after being assaulted by a garage owner in Samut Prakan for moving a stray kitten out of traffic. The victim sustained severe injuries, including a brain hemorrhage, fractured jaw, and impaired vision. Despite reporting the incident to police, no progress has been made in the case. The Saimai Survive foundation is now involved and plans to push for the case to be treated as attempted murder. The police have not issued a public statement, and the garage owner has not provided his account of the incident.
