The team targeted high-risk sectors, including hotels, travel agencies, diving businesses, and restaurants, uncovering potential violations of the law involving nominee arrangements. Businesses were found to have created false accounting documents to hide investment sources and systematically sent profits abroad, possibly linked to tax evasion. Legal action will be taken by forwarding the cases to relevant authorities. Nominee businesses distort fair competition, hurt Thai business owners, and drain tax revenue.
