Bangkok’s Red Line suburban train service will start operating half an hour earlier at 5am, with increased train frequency during peak and off-peak hours. The adjustments aim to provide more convenience to commuters, particularly air passengers traveling to Don Mueang airport early in the morning. The western route will see changes in train frequency during off-peak hours as well. The Red Line currently serves around 24,000 passengers per day, and the SRT Electrified Train Company plans to increase this number by 10% annually.
