Rampool Tantiwanitchanon, a Thai Sang Thai party MP, became the first to receive a certificate confirming her election to parliament. The MP stated that she wants to start working quickly to address the issue of people in her constituency lacking land for livelihood. The Election Commission confirmed 400 constituency MPs and 100 party-list MPs, with the option to disqualify any MP accused of electoral cheating. MPs have until Saturday to collect their certificates. Move Forward secretary-general expects the House to meet from July 4th to 6th. Pol Lt-Gen Viroj Paoin, an 89-year-old Pheu Thai party MP, will act as interim House speaker.
