Indonesia has announced a three-month plan to enhance trade and cultural ties with Thailand. The activities, curated by the Indonesian Embassy in Bangkok, include an Indonesia Fair to showcase Indonesian products and a business forum aimed at attracting investors. Cultural exchange programs, such as Indonesian cultural performances and a collaborative painting exhibition, are also planned. The initiative underscores Indonesia’s commitment to fostering stronger cultural ties with Thailand and promoting mutual growth. This initiative comes as the chairman of Saudi Arabia engages in a dialogue with Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha to explore opportunities for collaboration in tourism and investment in Thailand’s Eastern Economic Corridor.
