A homeowner in Ban Mai subdistrict, Mueang district, Chachoengsao, faced online criticism after putting up a large banner warning he would place poison on his property over complaints about a neighbour’s dogs. The homeowner, Nod, cited repeated problems involving the neighbour’s German shepherds and other large dogs escaping and attacking his animals, including geese, chickens, ducks, and peacocks. Following intervention from the village head, the banner was removed. In a similar incident, a woman in Samut Prakan reported her ducks being killed by a neighbour’s dog. Residents later learned that the aggressive dogs had been moved elsewhere.
