A 71-year-old German tourist, Wolfgang Kari, was rescued at Bang Sare beach after nearly drowning. He was found unconscious on the shore and received CPR from bystanders before being rushed to the hospital. Eyewitnesses said he appeared dizzy while swimming and fell into the water. Authorities reminded visitors, especially the elderly or those with health conditions, to swim cautiously and avoid swimming alone.
