Two American nationals were found dead inside a hotel room in the Jomtien area of Pattaya. The bodies of an 85-year-old man and a 65-year-old woman were discovered by hotel staff after not being seen leaving the room for several days. Medical items and a farewell letter were found in the room, leading investigators to suspect a possible suicide. The cause of death is still under investigation. Another American tourist was found dead in a separate incident in Patong. Both cases have prompted police investigations into the causes of death.
