The Tourism Authority of Thailand is hosting the grand finale of the 2023 World Kaphrao Thailand Grand Prix, showcasing the famous Thai street food dish, Pad Kaphrao. The event will feature a culinary competition where contestants will create their unique interpretations of Pad Kaphrao, using locally sourced ingredients. The winners will receive prizes totalling over THB 1 million. In addition to the competition, there will be renowned restaurants, street food vendors, an organic food market, and cultural and entertainment showcases. The event aims to promote gastronomic tourism and highlight the versatility and distinct flavors of Pad Kaphrao.
