This article highlights the experiences of Sabrina Hodak and Jun Love Young, who both struggled to reconcile their queerness with their religious beliefs. In response to this struggle, Young founded Beloved Arise, an organization dedicated to supporting queer youth of faith. The article also emphasizes the importance of support for LGBTQ individuals within religious communities, as many experience discrimination and feelings of isolation.
