Apple has released the third beta of macOS Sonoma to its public beta testing group. This allows non-developers to test the new operating system before its official launch in the fall. The update includes interactive widgets for the desktop, the ability to use iPhone widgets on a Mac’s desktop, updated screensavers similar to those on Apple TV, and a Presenter Overlay option for video calls and presentations. Safari now supports web apps and there are new Profiles to separate work and personal browsing. Other features include enhanced AutoFill for PDFs and collaboration on PDFs through the Notes app.
