Snapchat’s subscription service, Snapchat+, has reached 4 million paid subscribers in its first year since launch. The company has also announced two upcoming features for subscribers – “Expressive Chat Messages” which allows users to send messages in bigger font sizes, and “Custom Chat Colors” which lets users choose the color their name appears as in chats. Despite this milestone, the number of subscribers represents only a small portion of Snapchat’s 375 million daily active users.
