Intel has reached out to Pearl Abyss multiple times over the years to offer assistance in optimizing support for Intel graphics, but the game still does not run on Intel Arc GPUs. Despite this, players can easily get a refund since the game was recently released. Steam, where Crimson Desert is a top-selling game, offers refunds within two weeks of purchase.
