Popular note-taking app and PDF editor GoodNotes has released its first major update in four years. GoodNotes 6 includes new AI-powered handwriting recognition features, a marketplace for digital stationery, new pen gestures, and more. The update enhances the existing handwriting recognition with AI-powered Spellcheck that can detect writing mistakes and suggest corrections in the user’s handwriting style. It also introduces an experimental word autocomplete feature in English. Other new features include pen gestures, an in-app marketplace for templates and stickers, customizable folders, dynamic templates, AI-driven writing features, and interactive exam prep materials. GoodNotes 6 is available for free with the option to unlock additional features for a fee.
