In Season 3, Episode 3 of “The Witcher,” the main characters start to come together as they realize they are connected by a major enemy. The villain is conducting experiments to create a new girl with similar abilities as Ciri, who is the most coveted prize on the Continent. Geralt and Jaskier discover a fake Ciri who has been enchanted and learn that the villain is likely a powerful mage. Yennefer seeks protection for Ciri at Aretuza and agrees to beg for forgiveness from the Brotherhood of Sorcerers. Ciri has her own adventure and confronts Yennefer about the corrupt politics of Aretuza. In the south, Cahir betrays his friend Gallatin to prove his loyalty to Nilfgaard. Dijkstra kills the queen of Redania and frames Nilfgaard for the attack to further his own plans. Meanwhile, alliances start to form among magical factions.
