Screenwriter Scott Silver has purchased a mid-century modern house in the Hollywood Hills for $4.99 million. The home was previously owned by socialite and philanthropist Jamie Tisch, who initially listed it for $7 million. After undergoing renovations, the 3,517-square-foot home now features an open-plan living room, dining area, kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a lower-level family room with a built-in bar. The property also includes a balcony deck, saltwater pool, and lounge area. Silver, known for films such as Joker and The Fighter, was represented by Anthony Stellini at Compass.
