The Sarajevo Film Festival has accused a Serbian company of breaching trust by showing footage of a controversial film that allegedly glorifies Serbian nationalist groups. The film, “Heroes of Halyard,” was not officially screened at the festival, but excerpts were shown by producers Telekom Srbija during a presentation of their upcoming titles. The clips sparked outrage among Bosnians in the audience who criticized the film for portraying the Chetniks, a right-wing Yugoslav Army aligned with Nazi Germany, in a positive light. The festival took responsibility for the inappropriate content but blamed Telekom Srbija for the incident.
