This comes after the season did not film a reunion, with some blaming Williams for the lack of reunion. Co-star Ramona Singer criticized Williams for bringing politics into the show and making hurtful and untrue statements about the other women. Williams, the first Black woman on RHONY, wanted to bring a new perspective and educate others on racial conversations. However, some fans felt that the show became too political and less about entertainment.
