Javier Bardem takes on the chilling role of Max Cady in Apple’s new miniseries, Cape Fear, set to premiere on June 5. This adaptation, the third of the classic thriller, also stars Amy Adams and Patrick Wilson as Anna and Tom Bowden, former associates of Cady who lead a seemingly idyllic life until his vengeful return. Cady, an ex-convict, is haunted by his past as suggested by his tattooed exterior and news-infested apartment walls. The series, created by Nick Antosca and produced by Spielberg and Scorsese, features a strong ensemble cast alongside the leads.
