The sci-fi comedy-drama Landscape with Invisible Hand is a film adaptation of M. T. Anderson’s novel of the same title. The story is set in a near-future world where an alien species called the Vuvv has taken over Earth. The film follows the teenage couple Adam and Chloe as they live-stream their dates to the Vuvv in exchange for money. However, their relationship starts to deteriorate, and the Vuvv become suspicious. The movie stars Asante Blackk and Kylie Rogers, and it premiered at the Sundance Film Festival. Landscape with Invisible Hand will be released in theaters on August 18, 2023.
