Tim Bevan and Eric Fellner, co-chairmen of British production company Working Title, along with Hans Zimmer and Steven Kofsky, have formed a partnership to purchase London’s historic Maida Vale studios. The studios, known for hosting iconic musicians like David Bowie and The Beatles, were set to be closed by the BBC. However, the new owners plan to refurbish the existing studios, maintain the original façade, and create a not-for-profit educational facility. Zimmer, who started his career at Maida Vale, expressed his desire to give back and inspire the next generation of artists.
