Durian, guava, mango, and mangosteen are the favored fruits among Chinese consumers, particularly during the hotter months. The value of Thai fruit exports reached over US$3.3 billion in the first five months of this year, a 14.2% increase from the previous year. Additionally, coconut-derived products, including shells, have also experienced extensive growth in the Chinese market. China is the leading importer of Thai coconuts, accounting for 54.8% of the total import volume.
