After a month-long free trial, the Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) is now charging passengers for the use of the Yellow Line monorail train system. Fares range from 15 baht to 45 baht, covering 23 stations. Commuters can pay for their journeys using credit cards, Rabbit cards, or cash at the stations. There are two parking lots available for motorists using the Yellow Line, with fees of 15 baht per two hours at one location and 5 baht per hour at the other. The MRTA is also collecting parking fees for the Green Line train, with rates varying depending on usage and vehicle type.
