BANGKOK (NNT) – Thailand has emerged as a popular destination for international filmmakers, with over 200 foreign films shot in the country in the first half of this year, generating a revenue of 1.84 billion baht. The Deputy Government Spokeswoman highlighted the government’s support in promoting Thailand as an ideal location for global film productions. One notable production being filmed in Thailand is a Warner Bros Discovery movie showcasing Thai cuisine, starring Thai actors Prin “Mark” Suparat and Kimberley Anne Woltemas. This film is set to be aired on HBO and HBO Go, further showcasing Thailand’s appeal as a filming destination.
