A Thai philanthropist and entrepreneur, Somsak Leeswadtrakul, was honored by the Vatican for his commitment to promoting peace and unity. He was awarded the Grand Cross of the Order, the highest accolade of the Order of St Gregory the Great, for his support to socially disadvantaged communities.
