The announcement was made by the Kamala OrBorTor, but no further details were provided by the Phuket Provincial Electricity Authority on their Facebook pages. The blackout will affect areas along Kamala Sai Khao Rd, impacting numerous businesses and residents. The Kamala OrBorTor advised against any electrical work during the outage.
