Just when you thought that The Flash was never going to take a W, the DC superhero film has passed an important milestone at the worldwide box office. After just under two weeks in theaters, the movie has passed the $200 million mark worldwide. However, it continues to face challenges with its massive production budget and marketing expenses. The film has received mixed reviews and underwhelming numbers domestically and worldwide. It will need to double its budget to break even, which seems unlikely. Despite outperforming some previous DC releases, it still trails behind the global earnings of Shazam! Fury of the Gods. The Flash has had a tumultuous production history, but fans are now looking forward to the upcoming Superman: Legacy film.
