A female passenger at Don Mueang Airport in Bangkok lost her lower left leg above the knee in a serious accident. The incident occurred when a bag hit her, causing her to fall and be pulled into a moving walkway. The airport is covering her medical fees, and engineers have been dispatched to investigate the incident. The director of the airport, Karan Tanakuljirapat, stated that the moving walkway has been in service since 1996 and is scheduled to be replaced in 2025.
