However, there is a step-by-step guide on how to cancel your membership in the Amazon app or on desktop. In the app, you need to tap the “Account” button, then go to “Account Settings” and “Manage Prime Membership.” From there, you can navigate to the “End membership” button and confirm the cancellation. On desktop, you can access your personal Prime membership page, click “Manage Membership,” and then click “End Membership” to cancel.
