A Thai woman in her 30s is facing an arrest warrant in South Korea for driving under the influence without a licence and causing a traffic accident in Gimpo. She crashed a BMW sedan into a stationary van at a traffic light, fled the scene, and was later apprehended. Her blood alcohol level exceeded the legal limit, and she did not have a valid driving licence or visa. Two other Thai nationals in their 30s were also involved.
