Ivy Road, the video game developer behind Annapurna-published cozy game Wanderstop, is shutting down on March 31. Despite Wanderstop’s success, the studio failed to secure funding for their new project, Engine Angel. The team hinted at a surprise to help Wanderstop reach new players, to be revealed by Annapurna Interactive. Wanderstop follows Alta, a former fighter who runs a tea shop in a magical forest, allowing players to gather ingredients, interact with customers, and relax. The game will still be available post-shutdown.
