Police have arrested a Thai man, Prawit Sae-ang, in connection with the death of a two-year-old boy in Suphan Buri province. The man claimed that the death was unintentional and resulted from a shooting accident. The boy, Gawin Lodhuang, had been delivered to a hospital with injuries from a supposed motorcycle accident but later succumbed to a gunshot wound to his chest. Gawin’s grandmother led police to the scene of the shooting, where bullet shells and blood were found. Prawit, who tested positive for drug use, faces charges including recklessness causing death and possessing a gun without permission.
