Jakkaphong Jakrajutatip, the owner of Miss Universe, has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that her company is unable to fully repay the principal and interest to debenture holders on the maturity date. The JKN Global Group Public Company Limited is prepared to make a partial repayment on September 1, 2023, consisting of THB 146,618,630.14 in principal and THB 9,981,369.86 in interest. This leaves an outstanding balance of THB 443,400,000. The company has prepared a debt repayment plan, which will be presented to debenture holders for approval on September 29, 2023.
