In accordance with Buddhist law, Khanech Suchinano, also known as Kay, was defrocked after violating monastic discipline. Kay initially entered monkhood through a mass ordination program organized by a temple. However, he failed to report to his home temple as required, leading to the temple declaring that he violated the discipline and no longer accepting him. According to Buddhist law, Kay must be defrocked within three days and should not be found wearing monk’s robes. The National Office of Buddhism and relevant authorities are coordinating to ensure Kay defrocks immediately.
