Don Mueang station’s escalators and elevators on the Red Line have been repaired and are now fully operational, according to the Department of Rail Transport (DRT). Following an inspection, the DRT confirmed that all 24 escalators and nine elevators are now in service. Repair work at several other stations is expected to be completed by the end of the month, while maintenance work at other stations is scheduled for completion in September. The repairs were undertaken in response to passenger complaints of malfunctions. The DRT has instructed the State Railway of Thailand to ensure all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed on time to provide safe and convenient services for passengers.
