Lawsuits filed by two men who accused Michael Jackson of sexually abusing them as children in the HBO documentary Leaving Neverland have been reinstated by the 2nd District Court of Appeal. Wade Robson and James Safechuck will be allowed to proceed with their claims, asserting that the corporations owned by Jackson had a legal duty to protect them from the abuse they allegedly suffered as minors. The ruling rejects the argument that the corporations should be excused from responsibility because they are solely owned by Jackson. An LA judge will now reassess the accusations against Jackson.
