Police in Khon Kaen responded to a petrol station after staff reported a naked man on the premises. The man, believed to be experiencing a mental health episode, was taken into custody and sent to the hospital. He was found speaking incoherently and had no identification. Rescue workers wrapped him up and transferred him to Phu Wiang Hospital. The man had arrived at the station on a motorcycle without a registration plate, which ran out of fuel. Officials suspected the hot weather may have triggered his condition. The incident occurred when the station had run out of fuel, avoiding any escalation. In a separate incident in Phatthalung province, a Thai man ran naked through a community, claiming he made a vow to a sacred spirit.
