Two men escaped from a hotel in Pattaya, leaving behind two Thai transwomen without paying on March 17. The suspects arrived in a white sedan with the transwomen and booked two rooms for 400 baht. After going to the rooms on the second floor, the men drove away with the room keys, leaving the transwomen behind. The incident follows other payment disputes in Pattaya and Hong Kong involving transgender individuals. Wan, the hotel owner, urged the suspects to return the room keys or face legal action.
