Nicole Kidman’s new series, Prime Video’s Scarpetta, has quickly become a top title on the platform since its March 11 release, following a successful debut. Based on Patricia Cornwell’s book series, Kidman portrays a forensic pathologist tackling complex cases, alongside a star-studded cast including Jamie Lee Curtis and Bobby Cannavale. Despite being popular with viewers, the show has mixed reviews, holding a 71% critics’ score and a 50% audience score on Rotten Tomatoes. Directed in part by David Gordon Green, Scarpetta replaces Young Sherlock at the top of Prime Video’s viewership charts.
