Thailand’s fuel supply remains sufficient despite recent disruption at petrol stations, as confirmed by the director-general of the Department of Energy Business. The country has six operating oil refineries with a total refining capacity of 175 million liters per day, ensuring normal operations. However, a distribution bottleneck led to queues and delivery issues at service stations. Efforts are being made to coordinate closely with refineries and major traders to ensure smooth production and distribution. Additional crude oil has been secured, and inspections have been stepped up to address the fuel shortage issue.
